RAIN 4G IS TERRIBLE AND NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT

While I have been a big fan of rain, no real connectivity (speeds in plett over last 5 days are less than 100 kbps) and not one of 4 requests for support or explanation get any response. Very disappointed.
