RAIN 4G is PATHETIC

I do have a contract with Rain for a 4G Sim card (Wi-Fi services). For the past two weeks their services deteriorate from good to beyond pathetic. I have reported that I have no reception/coverage form home about 12 times in this period, but about 300m from my house I get Wi-Fi reception. As from today 23 August 2023, I have NO reception (Wi-Fi). They keep on telling me I must take out the sim card and reset it in a phone, of which I failed several times Some of their operators are extremely rude. The only phrase operators can communicate, is that they are sorry and that they "see on the system they are working on it". Nobody can tell me who the “they” are or give me a progress report on the “solving” of the problem and in the meantime, I must pay for a service that is not working AT ALL. Nobody can indicate to me what the problem is or what they are doing about it. I am aware of other contract holders with the same problem, also receiving no joy from Rain. RAIN IS PATHETIC.
