Rain 4g is completely useless

Rain is a completely useless network I have the 4g uncapped sim from them which is supposed to run at 10mbs it is constantly running at below 1mbs you can not get hold of them to sort anything out as they are not working I have send a couple of complaints on their website and still haven't received any response from them
