Rain 4G is absolutely useless

I wouldn't even give this company a 1 star rating. The only reason i have is because i have to in order to write the review. Their customer support is absolutely pathetic, of the lowest level i have ever experienced and i would not advise anyone to use them.

i received from SIM from them on the 22/04/2020 and since day one have not being able to get any level of connectivity. I have contacted their customer support, via the webpage because there is not contact number you can call, every single day since i received the SIM and all i would get is a reply email saying they would contact me but never did.

They don't have a contact number specifically because they are so useless. It was a wasted time and effort to ever trust my connectivity needs to them.
