RAIN 4G - Good service received
I had numerous issues with with Rain ever since I purchased the Sim card beginning August and no help but my last issue was handled very well by Musa Mooke,who took the time out to explain the issue with the Sim card and sent me a new simcard for a Sim swap and received my new Sim within 2 days and it was activated immediately and seems to be working fine. Thank you Musa for your patience and help, this was really appreciated. Well done.
