Rain 4G customer support consistently disappoints

I've been using the Rain 4G offering virtually from day 1. I find the connection itself stable and acceptable. The same however cannot be said about the customer support. In the early days I was tolerant given teething problems for any new venture; but now this still persists. Connecting via the online chat, I was consistently no. 50 upwards but the chat just kicks me out after a while. Calling in is even worse as I'm calling from a cellphone.
