Rain 4G cancellation unsuccessful
I have been using Rain 4G for three years, and now suddenly when I want to cancel my subscription, it doesn’t allow me to do so, instead I receive an email stating that one of their agents will get back to me so, which never happened. This is such a let down, I wouldn’t recommend rain to anyone.
