RAIN 4G and 5G NO client SUPPORT!

I purchased the 5G Standard package for R699 and received everything Wednesday 15th April. I've been trying to get a hold of them ever since and yet no response only emails saying we received your request and an agent will be in contact with u. Rain's coverage map shows there is full 5G signal in my area but I dont even pick up 4G or 5G with the router and tried it on the roof in all directions. No response fro support!!!!! Really in need during lock down but clearly they do not prioritize clients with issues.
