Rain 4G activation issues

I purchased the rain 4g Sim for R479 and recieved it on Friday 31st July 2020 and shortly after I received a sms to say Sim is activated and I received it from Ram couriers and it was rica'd but I have been unable to use the Sim, it just says emergency calls only and no internet access. There is no number to contact for help so I logged a call through support and got no help since. Today I checked the profile online and it says I have used 2gbs already? How?????? When the Sim is not activated for use? Y is no one assisting with my query? Payment went off my account as soon as I placed the order but when I need assistance, I get nothing! Please can someone assist getting this resolved immediately ???
