Rain 4G

I’ve been having an issue with rain. The connection has been very poor over the past week. I’ve reached out to the support team and no response.

I’m based in Zondi, Soweto. This morning I had an Indra to take my wifi modem as to Sandton where I work to see if the ****ection is better when I’m that side and sure enough, I experienced no issue with rain that side.

It’s obvious that because of the area I’m in, the response to the poor connection is tardy or just not addressed but in areas like Sandton, rain works just fine. This is very disappointing.
