Rain internet is useless. they promise downloading of 10mps and uploading of 2 mps but they are lie and we are not getting even a quater of what they are promising and they are offline so many times it is not even funny. i am running a small accounting business from my home and many a day i cant even get any emails or send any emails. we cant watch our Netflix because it says no network found or it sits and buffers for ever.when i contact them they are stupid they treat you like you are stupid and your problems are never resolved. i have been with them for nearly a year and after a lot of complaints they send me a new card and says that i am on another network to solve the problems. but this card is even worse that the first one. the download speed i receive is not more than 2.0 and the upload speed is like 0.05 so they are absolutely useless. i asked them to cancel my internet with immediate effect and now they still want to take a payment of my account for end of Jan. the day i ordered the card i paid in full and every month they have taken my payment of my account but now they say that it is for Jan witch they have def taken on the 1 Jan.
