Rain

I have been a satisfied user of Rain until I've ordered 5g. Now they take money from my account for a service not delivered and I cancelled numerous times. Nobody phones you back, everyone promise results but no luck. I have to phone every time. Have to wait 10 minutes before anybody answers and have to listen to that gashtly tune. Not only is there hardly any coverage or reception. I have canceled 5g because there is hardly any reception. Went back to 4 g but they are still billing me for 5g and 4g. Canceled it 2 times. Still taking money off and no refund for service not delivered.
