Rating: --0 Wifi not working and trying to get it fixed Rain as a service provider is the worst experience I have ever. 2 days now and I still have not got any further than my 1st out 23 calls and numerous emails. You just cannot speak to any one besides the call centre. Switch off switch on uplug wait 2 min wait 10 min going to escalate it etc etc etc. still nothing works and cannot get any feedback as to what happens next and NO indication as when it will be working. The call centre staff are extremely pleasant and can only do so much. The wifi connection works fine but when things go wrong its a nightmare to try and get it resolved. Looking elsewhere now.
