I am very disappointed in RAIN, wouldn't even tick the first star if there was anything less than it. Ordered 2 simcards by mistake as i didn't know the router comes with its own and so I canceled the one and I was told all is well it shall be collected. Now on the payment month I was charged double, why??? Then to top it off after the deduction the sim was still inactive so I figured It's okay won't have to pay 499 in Jan but guess what??? They want me to pay, it says I have an outstanding yet I didn't get anything in December! Wasn't this whole rain thing suppose to be a month to month thing? So how do I owe ??? Haven't received any data... no man this is unacceptable at all. Unprofessional and a *******. DAY LIGHT ******* I TELL YOU.

When I'm away and a month goes by, I go back to pick n pay then pay and know that I'll have service the month that im back not the month prior. Check all my invoices, it's the first time I get this new outstanding balance when I wasn't using it. If this is a month to month then why did I not receive the data during those months. Why did I not get the service, why wasn't there any data for me to use so that I understand what im paying for.
