I asked Rain to Please change the payment date from 20th of each month to the 1st of the month. I asked for this early this month under reference: ***. My connection is off! I havent even used it up to 30days yet i'm being billed already! IM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS!
I was billed yesterday on the 22/3/2023. I am supposed to be billed on the 1st of each month. Please check the reference: Reference Number: ***. I connected my connection on the 1st/03/2023. I cannot be billed 20 days later. I liaised to be billed on the first of each month. Please fix this issue, I am so unhappy with this.
What RAIN knows is to take money from customers. Today is the second day where i have requested this to be fixed and no help yet. They keep sending me a reference number with no assistance. I really want to cancel this **** subscription!
