Rain ****

I have a very bad experience with rain especially their customer service 😞 they ask you to call them back and mind you you are being answered by automated machines that take forever to be answered and when you send them an email it says it's unattended. Then when you call them and tell them you send them an email they ask for a reference number from an email that was unattended. Ohk I've been using their services since 2021 and I've had connectivity problems but I remained loyal and still continued with the services and now for 2 Months they suspended their service and want me to pay for those services which they 😳 suspended and refuse to cancel my subscription. I promise you if these people deduct from my account without my concern there will be consequences. Day light ******* and ******* that is what rain company is🚮🚮🚮
