Rain wifi has been intermittently dropping. Called yesterday , they were able to help. Called today, account holder, they cannot help. Asanda (Manager) coughs into the call and denies her actions, I offer to play our recording but she insists hse didnt cough. Service is rude, unhelpful and the wifi connection the worst ever - towers break down often, wifi is inconsistent and the staff unhelpful with advice.
