Rain

I feel sad to have to write this because when I first started using rain internet, I had no complaints but for the last 3 months they just went down hill. For 3 months I haven't had any internet connection and Im not receiving any support from them. Ive probably logged 100+ support tickets which they just ignore. When I call their support centre, Im put on hold for over an hour and when someone eventually answers it is always the same 3 troubleshooting steps which don't work and I still have no internet connection.

At this point I might as well just cancel my rain subscription since Im paying for nothing.
