Same story as all the other reviews I read. Sent the below email this morning to 'support@rain that now does not even exist anymore! Phoned *** that does not get answered. How do you get help from this company!!

The above reference number refers.

The account in name of my son Jurie Wynand Wessels was cancelled per email in the beginning of April 2022. Various emails regarding this matter were sent to the support address. Your support staff phoned him back a couple of times, confirming cancellation and collection of the modem to be collected.

The modem was collected on 28 April and delivered to you on 29 April. Screenshots attached.

In spite of the cancellation, monthly payments of R999 still went off my account end of April, May and June.

Can you please confirm that: 1. The account has indeed been cancelled and closed on your side. 2. All future deductions from my credit card will be stopped immediately. 3. My credit card account will be credited for the above 3 months.
