RAIN

I have repeatedly sent messages to RAIN support and this is now my third time on Hello Peter for same ongoing problem for over 5weeks now, that does not get resolved. I am advised that someone will contact me. This does happen and I respond to the email I receive and then I do not get an answer back or resolution. David Tsoke ref *** advised me what he would do, to solve the problem on 24th October. I agreed and I have chased him repeatedly. I got a response eventually in which he apologised for not responding and advised he would implement the resolution. I am still waiting, it has not been actioned. I have chased him by email and surprise surprise they have not been answered. Seriously RAIN I run my own business and I would hang my head in shame if a customer of mine was treated this way !!!!!
