Rain ****

I used rain for four years and on 25th Nov 2025 I didn’t pay it because I was moving to a new location not knowing there is network or not, so I decided to pay it on the 19th December and they told me I’m overdue, I must pay R1178 if I want to use it. I asked them how can I pay for the service I didn’t get my internet is been off from November until now. I asked to cancel they refused they are telling me to pay 1st. Honestly how can I pay for internet I never received, please help
