RAIN

Poor service. I ordered a sim card on 26 March 2020 and until today I have not received the sim card and nor an explanation from RAIN as to why it was not delivered. When I followed up with RAM, RAIN's delivery partner, I was told that the sim was returned to RAIN's JHB offices because my area was not covered for delivery during lock down, not a single word from RAIN. I submitted several inquiries and still no response. I am going to take action because I have already paid and not received what I have paid for. RAIN's service delivery is horrible.
