After i complained here about the rain network issues I've been experienced here someone contacted me i told them that i have been having these issues for month's and my complaints have been received but yet the network was bad. Now I'm supposed to pay for coverage for this month yet the whole of September i did not have proper network i even complained here about it and they did agree that my card was even connected to a further tower which I've complained about for month's. I can't be paying for the past month whereas i didn't have coverage now I'm supposed to pay again

27 Oct 2021, 13:31Even so. I am saying i havebeen strugglingwith network the whole of that month. I didn't utilize it to my satisfaction and not this month only. I've been complaining. I have been complaining about the same thing.

The reason why i got unlimited was so there no limit to what i can use. Those month's you are talking about I was still logging complaints. You pride yourself in your adverts about streaming capabilities yet I'm failing to stream and have to download overnight. I pay for unlimited package so i don't understand how you want to give me statistics about my usage

You need to understand that i couldn't stream because of this and had to download many files.
