Hi
There service is terablle. The internet connection is terrible. I canceled my contact more than a year ago. They collected the router. Now the lawyers phone saying I got handed over. I never canceled my service. According to them. I do have proof that my emails was send and that they collected the router. Please think twice before using Rain.

When you pay for internet it normally works payment upfront for the next month and not paying for the previous month. Still you did not answer my question why only complaining about this now? Why not in 2022
