February 2022 i moved to an area were there was poor rain coverage. I requested cancellation but rain continued to debit R800 for the 2 months with no coverage. After I blocked the debit they arranged and collected their router. Today September 2023 they’re calling me claiming they never received their router. And apparently i owe them R3337.16. Worst company ever
