Rain 24/7 Unlimited package is failing to connect

Hi,

I purchased my Rain Sim online and it was delivered within days of delivery. Activation was within hours as promised. This is for an unlimited 24/7 package worth R479.00 pm (debidet monthly from my bank account) at 10Mb/ps download speed. The connection was great ever since and working from home was not a struggle.

Since Monday this week, my connection went from very good to poor connectivity without even notification or warning signs. I cannot even connect to meetings, never mind work secureD VPN. I CANNOT WORK. An entire week of my time is wasted on reboot, restart, log off ad log on, close zoom session and return. It's frustrating whole Rain does not miss a day of deducting from my account. Try communicating with them, no one will attend to your case. This is reduculous. We cannot pay for a 10mb/ps speed and receive less service than what we are paying for. Even escalating a matter for someone to assist is unacceptable.
