Good day i got my rain sim card from takealot on Monday i made payment on the same day of R479 i then had to activate my account which i did now my problem started when i had to RICA my accounnt i do not have an ID book its lost i tried to use my husband ID book to RICA to the sim can start working.i tried to get ahold of the company to ask for guidance if i should cancel and get a refund then register everything in my husband name or what should i do cos i have already made payment to the account.. i just need a way forward.
this is so frustrating as i have paid for a sim card and cant use it my account number is ***0
