RAIN

I have been battling to change my password with RAIN. I have called and requested ''callbacks'' 4 times because I cannot get through to an agent and no one calls me back. I have also used online platform to request them to call me back and no one does. This happens each and every time I need to get hold of a consultant. It is always difficult to get assistance via their telephone number.

Can one of your agents call me back, as I have requested countless times, and assist because having to come to Hellopeter to get assistance from a service provider is just not good service at all.

Did you not understand the query? Why would you repeat the same useless information instead of aiming to get the problem resolved and call so it can be sorted or reset from your end?
The page does not allow one to login at all, as I have said before.
This is actually becoming ridiculous and a waste of time.
