Rain 2 x increases in monthly payments

I am so fed up with Rain, that think they can just increase the subscription as they please and us as consumers just have to be happy with same, yet their services and network are appalling!! to say the least. As late as September 2024 our monthly payment was increased by a R36, now I was informed our monthly payments will increase by yet another R20, due to inflation. This is crazy!!! Do they think money grow off our backs? When I liaised with them via whatsapp all I was told, we are sorry you are unhappy, yet nothing is done about the 2 x increases in a space of a few months. I am really shopping around for a much better wifi service provider

Why do you guys feel the need to increase at any given time and if we as consumers don't adhere to same our subscription gets cancelled. This is grossly unfair and a total *******. Yearly increases in line with inflation, as you indicated, is understandable, but not the in-between increases for no reason. I want to then be reimbursed for the R36 increases I've paid thus far.
