Rain 2 Weeks Down

Am I going to gtt assistance from you guys at all. It's been 2 weeks now and my 5G router is not working, I out the simcard in my phone and the network is so bad. I work from home for crying out loud. Are you ever going to fix this issue I'm having with you. Or must I always come here and cry for assistance. Call me either on *** or ***. I need this resolved asap, this is some bull**** now
