After my horrible experience with Rain and their service consultant and the network billing in general...

I woke up today and despite me having explicitly cancelled any dealings with these ******, they debited my account 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I cancelled, I'm not using their services, why the hell are they still debiting my account.

You attempted to debit my account 6 times in May, if required email me on *** and I shall provide proof, these unauthorized debits have cost me alot of money in unpaid debit fees because I only deposit money I to that account when I'm about to be debited.

I don't know what credit you speak of because you haven't credited any money to my account.

That's nonsense, these are the dates that you attempted a debit, 20th April, 1st,2nd,3rd and 3 times on the 25th May... Every time that a debit is unsuccessful, I am charged R15, you do the math! Actually, get someone to contact me, or you can actually listen to the recording of me cancelling with you!

The attempted debits therefore are ******* and tantamount to theft!

If this isn't resolved then I'll make our conversation public
