Rain has been deducting money from my account since June 2025 and I don’t have any contracts with them nor do I receive any WIFI or data devices from them. I am being ****med of my hard earned money

14 Aug 2025, 23:51Rain hasn’t gotten back to me regarding them deducting money from my account. I don’t even know how they got my bank account details. Instead I’ve had to call them back twice now to understand why I’m still not getting a refund and their agents keep lying about paying me back my money.
Rain deducted money in the following months:
1 June 2025: R6251 Aug 2025: R625
It seems these transactions happen every 2 months, and it shows that they’re trying to keep them under cover because why would they be every 2 months?
