My sim was ****** and I made contact with rain immediately. I asked them to block all 3 sims and swop for me. The lady confirmed that she did this and delivery was booked for 24/10/2023. Yesterday I only received one sim card, that was marked that it's for my router. I later received am sms confirming that the sim swop was successful . The sim is not working and your customer care is a nightmare. I was put on hold for 1 hour 49 minutes until I actually hung up. I'm appalled and I'm definitely cancelling this service. The advisor this morning said she couldn't find my profile and calling me by a different name , despite having confirmed my name n ID number. I'm very frustrated as I use this for work. I have had to recharge my phone 4 times already only to be put on hold over n over again.
