Will never use them again I cancelled my month to month contract and is still getting charged despite returning the router etc Whether you call the office or use the watsapp there is no help You get the same messages like "I'm sorry we apogise we will refer you "etc etc etc And it is a month to month and in advance So if you dnt payyou don't get the data, but they still want to bill you and when you call the 081 no you don't get any help, you told you have a balance you must pay etc Now I have to go and close the bank account because of rain - it is not fair

I am sick and tired of them

I have a few months ago complained on this platform but to date I have not received any response from Rain itself
