I am dissatisfied with the service I received from Rain Network.i joined rain because it was not a contract however you pay before connecting, which means when you don’t pay their discounts for that particular month you didn’t pay.i don’t understand why am I receiving Notice Of Demand, starting that am owing R2000.

17 Apr 2024, 18:16Please share the policy you referring to, when I signed in to this account I did call and ask what happened when some months I don’t have money to pay and I was only advised that my connection will be disconnected for that particular month and no one advised me that am putting myself In debt by signing in. As it says on the internet as well that you pay and you get connected
