Rain ****

A word of warning for anyone who's considering #rain5g #rain etc.

Be forewarned

I got lured into Rain by a false promise of the first month being free. It didn't happen, they billed me within 13 days.

ZERO customer service:

- I've sent emails, no reply - I've sent 4 tickets via their in-app customer service, and no reply - The call centre never answers a call, even after 20 minutes of holding on - They offer a free cell phone SIM, but the "cell signal" is diverted to a data signal which is significantly worse than a WhatsApp call. In 75% percent of calls, nothing even connects.

They charge me R650 per month. You can get the same equivalent package from Vodacom (cell and data lines) for for R550.

Don't fall for the Rain 5G ****
