Rain

If I could give -10 stars I would.Extremely unprofessional, never contacts you when there is an issue that needs to be sorted out.My boyfriend switched over to a rain sim about 3 months ago,he cannot receive or make any calls,we’ve tried contacting Rain via email and phone calls but still nothing and this was 3 months ago,we received a email today saying calls were made but there was no answer but we haven’t received a single call from anyone from rain.We also have their wifi router and it almost NEVER worked in the beginning but all of a sudden started working properly but this was a few years back(Also didn’t get any feed back for this problem).There was a big storm in our area and we are not sure whether we need a new router ,tried to contact them about this too with also no response.Worst company I’ve ever come across would highly NOT recommend unless you like bad service.
