Rain 101 Router does not work for me.

I have been using Rain one Router for over a year without any problems until I upgraded to Rain’s new 101 Router, that was a big mistake.

I can’t get any network, I have called rain countless times, they keep repeating the same trouble shooting and it does not work. I am tired, I am not paying R625 for something that does not work.

They have just installed fibre in my area, it will start working in November, bye bye Rain. I really tried the best I could to make sure I stay with Rain, calling them every week to try get help, but it seems they don’t care. They just don’t want to fix this internet issue.

The problem is the Router, the first router worked just fine.
