Rain 101 is horrible

The rain network has , over the passed couple of months, deteriorated to a point where I can only get under 10mb/s on Rain one. Its unacceptable having to restart the router numerous times a day to end up with the same single digit speed. We pay R825 per month for internet that is now never satisfactory. Os this not daylight *******?
