Rain 101 (Internet)

The new Rain101 looks amazing on paper, until you try it out and it caps at 3mbs . I've called 4 times and requested a call back due to them always being busy. 0 callbacks gotten so far, I've also used the call me service on the router at least 5 times, no effort has been made to contact me, with a job that requires internet this is now putting my work on the line. I am honestly very disappointed in a company that seemed incredible on the phone and helpful with the delivery, however after the delivery its a (Your on your own) kind of situation.
