Rain 101 gives me hell with no internet issue every minute

Since ive upgraded to the rain 101 its has been nonsense im having problems with the no internet every minute its boring to send in countless emails and countless calls to resolve the issue my rain 5g was the best used it since it was launched but now the rain 101 is ****. This issue must be resolved soon. We cannot take it anymore
