Rain 101 disaster

Rain has proven to be absolutely horrible yet again, this is not my first run in with this service povider. This time around i decided to take a 5g 101 deal, what a joke. My router has had no connectivity and is not linked to any tower, and there is no help i am getting from Rain, NOTHING! I have requested a replacement router, this has not been actioned. I have called the call centre numerous times and continue to receive no assistance, all im told is that the matter will be escalated. Why is Rain like this though?!

Best believe they will bill me for a full months usage even though I have zero connectivity. Do yourselves a favour and look for any other service providers, Rain is not it.
