Rain 101
I paid all the money I owe them. Now I get mails to say I owe them. The only way I can communicate is via WhatsApp. When I send them the information then they say they will escalate my query. But I must still pay the money before they can help. They don't gat back to me after it was escalated. Then they ask me for my personal contacts again. Sent it to them three times. I even sent them screen shots. But then they still say I must sent my personal details. It is insane. I have told them just to cancel my contract. But they can't even get that right. Please help me .y number +*** and email ***

They further confirm that all arrears has been settled in full and that they are cancelling the promise to pay. Please investigate yourselves. I am happy to send all proof to Hello Peter
