Rain 101

If you get Rain expect this, the first month or two you will have decent internet with only a few spikes here and there, after that rain will cap you and your download speeds will become unbearable. I have switched to the R250 package and back to the R500 only to realize that they're both horrible ! I Teach online, and never had any issues as this doesn't require a very strong internet, lately I have been paying more buying data than I pay for my subscription. That being said, I have emailed rain multiple times as kindly as possible and haven't received any response, they swopped my tower without me asking which makes connection in my house near impossible to get, I have also just asked them to change back my the tower to where it was, unfortunately rain doesn't respond and refuses to send a letter or email stating any problems, which tells me that this is done on purpose.
