Rain 1 voice calls *******

Dear Rain

Your rain 1 product is great but your voice calls not working. This is the second month with it and as much as I tried reporting it, I have gotten no assistance. I ported my number since I already had two numbers and now all my calls are going to voice mail. The data and SMS is working on both SIM cards and you should be asking yourself why is it that the voice minutes are forever sitting at 100. If I don't get assistance from my countless emails, I'm cancelling the entire product. I can't keep begging for assistance on a product I'm paying for every single month!!!!
