Rain

Upon ordering RainOne 5g package, it was delivered promptly and the router was up and running in a short time. With the package, you get 2 x sim cards with monthly data, calls and smss, so I ported my Vodacom number to the 1 sim card, tested it, 1 sms and 1mb data worked for at that moment, but not outgoing or incoming calls (my phone shows emergency calls only) I can only use whatsapp, fb and email when I'm on wifi. I messaged Rain on fb about this, they asked to dm them, so I did. Then they asked for my details, so I gave it to them, they asked again and again and again....I've gotten so mad that I posted screenshots of our conversation on their facebook page, where again they say sorry, please dm your details for assistance. I'm so damn frustrated. I'm unable to use my phone, nor able to port my number back to Vodacom, yet I'm sure they'll waste no time when it comes to their payment...
