rain ****

i took a rain contract i was paying fine till i lost my job last year, i then this year i have contacted them to make arrangements to pay the account however they took time never rep**** after a couple of follow ups only got assisted on 7th of September 2023, where I made arrangements to pay the normal price which is R739 every month till i finish paying which the total was R3818, Month end of November i paid the normal installment as per the agreement which was R739,But they then went and debited R3 706,62 which is my rent money i contacted them they refused to reverse it.then on the 6th December they debited another R507 and this guys you cannot find them on the phone they do not reply to emails.
