Rain still hasn't sent my money back it's been 4 weeks that I am still waitn for my money

I don't have any order number as the order was cancelled by them I keep calling in they keep saying the same thing over an over again I really need my money I can't be waiting over a month an half for my own money they wasting my time an my airtime an keeping my money this is so wrong of rain
