Rain

I have been struggling for more than a year to cancel mt rain account. I have spoken to multiple people from rain but so far nothing. They keep saying they will close my account but they don't. I had to move my money to another bank account because they have already ended up taking 2 payments out of my bank account even though i have not been using the rain router for more than a year. I need help urgently. This has gone on for too long.
