Rain
Rain. What a useless company. 2 days no wifi. Report that the network keeps dropping something rediculous, get told my router position has changed. Why would i move my router and complain. Stupid network does nothing to get it resolved. Ticket logged by their useless AI app. Nothing happens. No agent ever calls. Been having trouble with rain since i signed up. Worst decision ive ever made.

03 Apr 2025, 16:32So when will this be sorted. Its ridiculous. Every month rain has trouble. Im sicknof this. Get it fixed or rather close rain down and spare so many customers all this frustration month in and out. Or gladely cancell my subscription and refund me the last months useless half ass half month usage but have to pay full month premium and not getting our monies worth. Useless.
